Award winning Sourdough Bread

Organic Flour, Seeds and Grains, Water and Salt. That's about it, except for time.

Things happen slowly in Dick's bakery.  Here we use long fermentation, allowing the naturally occurring yeast to build bread strength, develop flavour and make it all easier to digest.
